𝑪𝑹𝑬𝑫𝑰𝑻；Please credit me as the graphic designer. always credit 𝐍𝐎𝐈𝐈𝐑. Be it in your bio section or under your pinned. You can choose to credit me as @hellonoiir under your graphics or with a link to my Twitter, DA, Tumblr, or webpage. That's all I ask! Otherwise, you may be added to the blacklist where other designers will be able to see you have caused problems for someone prior.
𝑩𝑬 𝑷𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑬𝑵𝑻；Please don't rush me. I normally complete requests within the week but sometimes life gets in the way and I’ll take longer. People who pay for express completion are always priority on the list.
𝑩𝑬 𝑷𝑹𝑬𝑷𝑨𝑹𝑬𝑫；Know what you'd like before you message me. That means have all your info ready for whatever layout you'd like and start with that.
𝑷𝑹𝑰𝑪𝑬；prices are negotiable but not always. I don't charge much as is (imo) and this is the only way I'm able to pay for certain bills while I work as a teacher. so please be understanding of that.
𝑨𝑹𝑻𝑰𝑺𝑻𝑺；Credit your artist. This does not apply if it’s real images of people from films, media, celebrities, a commission you paid for, etc or a webcomic/manga/manwha.
𝑹𝑬𝑽𝑰𝑺𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺；major revisions after completion will cost you an additional $15. Limitations of major revisions for the draft (before completion) is only up to three. If you exceed this, you’ll pay an additional $10 before completion.
𝑰𝑵𝑭𝑶𝑹𝑴𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵；carrd , google docs , && websites include text formatting , pictures , and edits . I won’t be providing the information && you will need a basic understanding of these webpages to edit the information in.

Payments are required in full upfront, no payment plans available.
Payments are processed in USD.
Tax is not included in the price - the customer will be responsible to pay for the tax surcharge of any payment merchant being used.
Payment must be paid in full upfront.
The designer, at any time, can add additional fees and charges on a commission should there be additional requests after receiving confirmation from the commissioner.
Refunds!
In very specific situations where a refund is offered or requested, refunds are only applicable to the following scenarios:
A "no questions asked" period (minus $5USD admin fee) is available during the draft stage where the layout is being planned out. Once a layout is confirmed (and must be confirmed in a reasonable window of time), the price will lock in. The window of time is 24hrs.
A refund is no longer available and commission considered locked-in after the first draft is shown.
When a commission reaches 90 days after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed without product.
If Noiir can no longer fulfill or is deemed incapable to complete the commission. (hospitalized, injured, ill, unavailable.)
Time Frame!
Approvals of a commission can take up to 24-48 hours after submitting a request during active periods when commissions are open.Once payment is recieved, depending on the complexity of the layout, editing delays and position in queue, commissions can take from 7 days to 2 months.The artist can decline any commission request if it is not suitable for the artist to complete, above their skills, not of their style or if partaking in the commission goes against their ethical beliefs.
Intellectual Property and Rights!
I (Noiir/Noiir Graphics/hellonoiir) attain the rights to reuse the layout or graphic itself in portfolios, websites, blogs, etc of which I soley own unless otherwise discussed with the client.Only the artist or the client may repost/reupload the work.Clients hold the right to the completed product and the artist holds the right to the file and product itself.Layouts and parts of the overall designs from graphics that the artist creates cannot be reused for commercial or monetary gain without a written and signed contract before starting the commission. Redraw Services!

Redraw Services are available for personal commissions, manga, anime, comic book, official game art or ai.redraw services are to perfect images or change aspects of it in order to best fit your character which can include changing the color of hair, fixing a wonky hand or hiding it, adding scars and freckles or changing clothes.Redraw Services can also be used to create a transparent version of an image like removing backgrounds or redrawing a portion of the head that's been cut off.Meme redraws are based off of popular anime memes or adult cartoon, anime, and pop culture.The following are personal examples.Pricing will depend on the complexity of the redraw. Ghibli and Disney redraws are higher on the scale due to having to draw assets from scratch as opposed to ai which is normally small details to be fixed or added.

Carrd Creations!
Carrds range from $30 to $45 depending on the complexity of the carrd. This includes up to 6 carrd pages with unlimited images and 2 gifs.

Client was offered 6 carrd images and 2 gifs as well as the background as a bundle for $35. Transparent images were also delivered for their future use. Template itself was created by the client.

facebook promos and pinned images/gifs have no transparency available due to it not being a feature of the site and when uploaded as gifs, the site may turn them into a video instead.

tier I pinned and promos are static meaning they are simple and do not have any moving parts to them. these are simple and quick to make thus being the most affordable. they only have 1 image to them with sophisticated font added and some buttons to spare.
tier II pinned and promos are static meaning they are simple and do not have any moving parts to them BUT have a lot more detail to them and contain as many images as needed. these promos may contain extra items like custom graphs, or color palette bars.
tier III pinned and promos can be gifs with 1 moving part. they can contain several images as well as many assets to better detail your characters.
premium pinned and promos can be gifs with up to 2 moving parts. they can contain several images and as many assets ass you'd like. they will take longer to make with more detail added to them.
